Foam concrete mix design :

The foam concrete"s mix designs varies depends its applications,density requirements and compressive strength requirements.The basic rule of the foam conrete is the cement content of the foam concrete will be above 50 % of the foam concrete weight and it goes upto 75 to 80 percent based on applications.The fine aggregates are flyash and sand can be used and the foaming agents are used to create foam and the foam used as the filler of the foam conrete which reduces the density as well as the cause of the thermal insulation.

Foam concrete's compressive strength:

The compressive strength of this light weight floor filling material is determined by the density of the light weight foam concrete. The higher density provides higher compressive strength vice versa lower density provides the lower compressive strength. Though depends the application and mix design we can provide the site demanding density and crushing strength .The compressive strength varies from 2 n/mm2 to 10 n/per mm2.
